Netherlands will face Brazil in the first match of quarter-finals in 2010 FIFA World Cup at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth. This match will kick off at 4:00 PM Local time.
In FIFA / Coca-Cola World Rankings, Brazil is at first position with 1611 points where as Netherlands is at 4 position with 1231. Brazil won five world cup titles. But Netherlands never won the World Cup title in their history so far. But, it reached the finals twice.
Netherlands began this tournament by winning with 2-0 against Denmark. Netherlands won the second match with 1-0 against Japan and in third match they defeated Cameroon with 2-1. Netherlands has won all group matches. In Round of 16, Netherlands defeated Slovakia with 2-1.
In 2010 FIFA World Cup group rounds, Brazil won the two group matches against Korea DPR and Cote d'Ivoire with 2-1 and 3-1and made goalless draw against Portugal in the last Group match. In Round of 16, Brazil defeated Chile with 3-0.
