Columbus Blue Jackets to play six of their next eight matches in the Nationwide Arena, but have a lot of home-ice advantage to start the season. Perhaps the way to win the Stanley Cup champions to give added momentum.
The Blue Jackets have not given their small home crowds much rejoicing from the beginning, but will be seeking a fourth victory in five games overall Monday night when they host the Philadelphia Flyers.
Since returning to his opening set of the season in Sweden, Columbus (4-3-0) won both its road games, but is 1-2-0 at home.
The Blue Jackets took their first defeat at the national level - 5-2 to the Blackhawks Oct. 15 - by beating Minnesota on the road a night later and encountered a similar scenario Saturday night in Chicago.
