Argentina have played six friendly games since qualifying for the World Cup in October, winning five and losing to the then top ranked side in the world in Spain. Of those six games, four have been fairly easy matches against Costa Rica, Jamaica, Haiti and Canada, and they won all of those with an aggregate score of 14-3, and they also defeated Germany 1-0.
Maradona seems to have finally settled on his favourite and best side and they are reaping the benefits of this. Nigeria, on the other hand, have played just three warm up games before the World Cup.

I do not expect the Super Eagles to get anything from this match either and I feel that Argentina will win this game comfortably. My money is on Argentina -1 @ 6/5 and over 2.5 goals @ 8/11
